its here and works well also is untethered, here are the steps but the program Quickfreedom basically tells you how to do everything anyways. This is for xp and vista Not a Mac.
1. Install QuickFreedom(have ipod plugged in.) From quickfreedom.com version 1.1.1
2.Click the jailbreak button.
3.Step one should appear with buttons Install Libusb. Install it. After that a
pop should apper(u can close out) Than download the firmware. After your are done hit Next.(If it is not reconzing some of the downloads restart Quickfreedom, and with the firm ware browse it and it will find it,, suggestion_ put it on your desktop for easy acess.
4.Now you will come to Step 2. you can ethier choose a boot logo or keep the apple, Problems have been reported when using a custom logo but the other ones such as the pinnapple work. Kepp installer checked. Create your firmware.
5. Now Click the DFU instruction and follow those. After your scrren is white, Hit start prejailbreak. When fisnished hit next.
6.Now open Itunes and it should reconzie your ipod and you will need to restore it.IMPORTANT--HOLD SHIFT THAN CLICK RESTORE AND CHOOSE CUSTOM FIRMWARE.
7.Hit next on Quick Freedom. Should say finished. Ipod may take awhile to restore and verify so entertain yourself. When restarting your ipod after jailbreak you have no apps or music so make shure you have that in your library before you do this
